Piper is 5.75 lbs and I bought her the medium size. She can carry it around but she really has no interest in chewing it. I decided to try these because she can chew a bully stick very quickly and I thought these would last awhile. The rate she's chewing the Himalayan chew it should last a couple years. Since I bought 5 of them she should have a lifetime supply.
