reverse sneezing is normal for yorkies. BUT they also can be prone to collapsed trachea which sounds similar if you don't know what to hear for. It is a dangerous condition where the trachea is no longer an "O" shape, but more like a crescent moon shape and restricts the breathing. The struggle for air causing the trachea to close up even more (like when you suck on a straw that's been smashed). let me see if I can find some more info and paste it in here.
