Don't give peroxide.... could do damage by it coming back up.
I would probably wait to see if it passed, it most likely will if it's one of those spongy type ear plugs.
This just happened here a couple of days ago with dh's Papillon. Only, I had no idea Scout had eaten the ear plug and found it in his stool. I keep warning dh about them and that at some point we're not going to get so lucky.
