My Westie is like that. We keep all of their toys in their dog bed as they never sleep in it. As soon as I pick up all the toys and put them in the bed he will go over and dump them all out.
He and Jasmine, my Yorkie, fight over toys all the time. As soon as one of them get a toy the other one tries to take it away from them. He is about so much bigger than her but she gets so mad she can put him on the run some times. They also like to play tug-of-war with the toys. Sometimes they are so rowdy in the evening it's hard to watch tv.
