I recently switched my yorkies to California Natural Lamb Meal and Rice because of their MVD they need to be on low protein.

However, the groomer called today and said their anal glands were majorly impacted... this has to be due to the switch in food because they have never had an issue before.

I would like to stick with this food if possible because it was soo hard finding a low protein food they would eat anyway.

Is there something I can add to their food to help with the anal gland problem or do I need to switch foods?
