 heartworms?
My little Sophie, (3 lbs 7 oz) is 13 months old. I was talking to a coworker today and he informed me I should be giving her heartworm pills every month. Is this true? I am fairly upset that the vet nor anyone in the vet office has mentioned this to me. This is our first tiny housepup, so I am not familiar with smaller breeds, I only know we love her beyond the universe! I cannot imagine life without my precious baby and I must protect her from EVERYTHING that might harm her! Can someone please advise me on this? |
