Growth charts are hit and miss, but the one I checked (Yorkshire Terrier - Yorkie Puppy Growth/Weight Chart - watch us grow) says a 5 pound Yorkie at 26 weeks (6 1/2 months) will be 6 pounds at 1 1/2 years.

If that were to prove accurate, you'd be right on the borderline of 7 pounds. Whether a little over or a little under that mark, that's a great, healthy weight!
