That's what I thought. Thanks for the information. The same requirements as England. I figured a puppy would be at least 10 months old before traveling to either locations. I don't think I could let a puppy go after living with the little darling that many months. I suppose if it was planned from the beginning with that goal in mind it would be like being a surrogate mother. Not easy on the heart strings.
