At his age food changes are very tricky and yes it can cause upset stomach, big deal for a tiny little guy.
I used royal canin for years and i liked it.
What do you mean passed out? The anti vomit shot will make him sleepy .
Is he drinking?
Dehydration must be your main concern now. Was he given any fluids?
