The standard reads not to exceed 7 pounds. However, it is written as a guideline. To keep breeders in check.

I don't care how nice this person is. Anyone can talk the talk. She is still living off the backs of her dogs....Again I repeat no reputable breeder does this. She is breeding to sell puppies only.
