Just recently my Abby (11 mo. old) has done the same thing. When I first got her if I went to bed first she would lay on the bed with me until my husband came to bed then I would put her in her crate and after a few minutes she would settle down and sleep all night. Then my husband said it's OK, just leave her on the bed. Now he can't stand it if she's not in bed with us. A couple of weeks ago she started wanting to sleep under the bed. If she goes to sleep in bed with us, during the night she will whine and paw at me until I let her down and she will get under the bed. It's driving my husband crazy. I figure she gets tired of waking up all night when we move our feet around during our sleep and kick her. |
