Please don't laugh.. this may be a silly question. I have a friend who took her yorkie to get neutered this week, and they sent them home because he hasn't "dropped" yet. I use a different vet. I really don't think that Rucker has dropped yet either. They checked him a week ago when we were discussing having the surgery done, and the vet didn't say anything about not being able to do it or anything. Is it possible to do the surgery if they haven't dropped yet?
