I would say it's ingorance. I don't mean they are actually ignorant but
ignorant to the fact of what can happen on the internet. It's all about
educating yourself and who would think of being scammed unless your actually were. We know about it on YT because it's been brought to
our attention.
Heck, I was ignorant when I bought Buddy. I paid $1.400.00 for him in
a pet store. I am blessed because he's healthy but after finding YT
I could have bought one less that that, within standard and from a
dedicated breeder. Who knew? I know now

I guess you have to be burnt to not allow it to happen again.

I feel bad for them really. However, even I knew not to buy online.
