Hello YT Forum, I'm hoping you can help me with a problem.

Francis had been trained on a pee pad and he had been doing really well. Recently I changed his crate and started using the Potty Patch. For the first few weeks, Francis was using the Patch; no problem. Recently, I come home to find him peeing outside of the crate onto the floor, he is completely missing the Patch!

I have 2 questions:

1). Any idea as to why he's doing this or how I can correct this behavior? I'm confused as he was doing so well on the patch and I've been cleaning up

2). What stain/odor remover do you recommend? I've been using Nature's Miracle, but it does seem to be working.

I'd love to hear any suggestions/tricks/etc to help me out.
