Don't get confused.....just follow his recommendations. I am sure it is not going to be a problem.

Talk to him about your fears and how she has relapsed so many times...and ask him what he thinks will be different this time. At least NOW if she does relapse, he is close by and can help! He is just starting with her so let him try to figure it out. He sounds very thorough!
