This is the exact reason I don't EVER leave mine around other larger dogs, or dogs that aren't typically around my own. Dogs are pack animals, and they always resort to their primitive behavior. Since yorkies can be little obnoxious dominants, they're often left mauled when a larger dominant gets fed up with their behavior. Or, larger dogs simply play a little too rough with the pint size fluff balls.

I would never leave him alone again with said dogs unless he's removed from them with a baby gate or something similar. You need to see a second vet, there's obviously something wrong with him.
