Help! I just moved into a new apartment complex, and my furball FREAKS out whenever anyone else is in the hallway. He starts barking and trying to pull of his leash, and he won't stop going crazy. Even though he's only 5lbs, and not very scary (or scary at all for that matter), it's embarrassing, especially because his usual victim is this really nice elderly woman on my floor!
