I don't know... I still think the Admin should keep a list of (at least) all the *banned YT members. The breeders could look at the list and if they see a potential buyer's name on the list they could investigate why that person was banned.
*I'm not sure I understand the dif between a banned and suspended member. I'm assuming that a banned member can not ever be a member again and a suspended member could be a member again after a period of time??
