 New Breeder
Hi, my name is Tiffany and I have a little girl named Lexie, she will be 1 yr next month on the 18th. She just came into heat for the first time last week. I want to breed her either next time she is in heat or the following time. She is AKC and is a little over 4 lbs i'm not sure exactly how many oz. I wanted to find an AKC boy in my area (st. johns/lansing, MI) to breed her with. I was just wondering what advice people were willing to share with me on this. This is my first time breeding a dog so I'm kind of nervous. I plan on doing my research on it and what I need in order to raise the puppies correctly. I have a reliable vet that Lexie already goes to and my other dog(Chihuahua). I really like this place and think they are the right vet for them. Any comments or help would be very appreciated thank you in advance!
