From what I understand the FDA requires the addition of ethoxyquin to prevent spoilage in "fish meal" on board the ships where the fish meal is processed. According to the TOTW Vet there is only a very limited suppoly of ethoxyquin free fish meal available in the states. So... if the food you are feeding contains fish meal then most likely it had the ethoxyquin added to the fish meal before it reached the manufacturer, but was destroyed in the cooking process.
If the product you are feeding has fish and/or fish meal I would assume that it may have ethoxyquin - but you may want to contact the raw food manufacturer directly for their input.
