Have her spayed now. Now is the best time, it will be easier on her than waiting.
Your girl is not mentally mature or physically mature enough to handle the situation she is in. Are you prepared to lose her.....because it is very well likely it will happen.
Contrary to your vet's advice. Your pups testicles are formed, just not seated into place. Absolutely he can sire a litter. However, because of his young age, you will unable to AKC register this litter.
