I'm lucky in that I have a groomer for Reesie that will someday soon (I think) be my daughter's mother-in-law. She's great!! I can stand there and talk to Reesie, talk to Paula, and I know exactly how she handles the dogs.

I posted a picture of her daycare group and also some of her own in a thread called 'A family Portrait'.

I don't know that I like pet store groomers, it just doesn't seem to feel like a very personal atmosphere. Also, you never know if a dog that's been there has any problems that can be transmitted to your own. But Reesie still reacts the way she does when she gets taken to the vet, she trembles when she's nervous. Must be the smell of so many dogs.
