So many red flags there it's not even funny. First legitimate rescues rarely have puppies, and they certainly don't have only puppies. Legitimate rescues are fussier than most breeders about adoption, and would never approve in 1 hour. This person is selling dogs! Now the next step is learning how to report someone like this, I don't know much about petfinder. I'd contact Yorkietalk member Ladyjane, she runs a rescue and she might have some advice.
