Oh I didn't mean to imply you had done anything wrong, I'm not sure about saying what the person who worked for the vet said, I think "off the record" means don't repeat this, its just for your ears, but I don't blame you for repeating it. She may have grounds to sue the vet, and that's why they won't talk without permission given, usually if someone won't give permission, its because they don't want you to know something. I don't think you broke any Yorkietalk rules.
Admin usually has to check out duel accounts, and that can take a while.
