You need to talk to your vet asap about spaying her right away. A female who has not had a litter before should not be bred after three years old. At four, her pelvic bones aren't flexible anymore which can cause complications during delivery in a toy breed dog. How big is she? Your Schnauzer? Carrying puppies from a larger breed dog can be very dangerous.

An emergency spay may be the best way to safeguard her life.
