I only have Joey, but I think this cut would look great on females as well. I've seen others, whose dogs have a cotton coat, and it looks great on them too. Joey wears sweaters and hoodies in the winter, and this cut works well with clothes or without! Occationally, I miss the long hair, but it only really looked great after a bath. I'm in Phoenix, it get hot here in the summer too!
