I have tons of these Foam Ramps in my house. They work great, perfect height for the couch. When it comes to the beds, I push up a rubbermade tub (with a bed pillow on top) up to the bed, then the foam ramp in front.
I have covered these ramps in fabric and used T pins under on the bottom to hold the fabric in place. The I use that "foamy looking shelf liners" down the whole ramp, as 'traction control' - hahahahaha
