I know I'm human and your baby is a pup, but I have chronic bronchitis. I have flare ups, especially when my allergies are bad. I do the bathroom with hot water and breathe in the vapors. Bronchitis is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever experienced. I would be whining too. It doesn't go away easy especially if it's really bad. In a day or two your baby will be feeling better.
