Were you turned down by this breeder because you had children?
What size of puppy were you interested in?
What are the ages of your children?
Do you have other dogs?
There are many things that come in to play when selling a puppy.
I am pretty sure you would know if it was a puppy mill.
Were the cages clean?
Were the cages inside the home?
Could it be that the dogs were put in cages so the owner could show you the puppies and visit with you without worrying about the other dogs?
I get very suspicious when a new member comes on here with a negative post, and then never returns to respond to the comments or answer questions.
