Our baby has seperation anxiety too..but shows it in a different way. ..nipping..barking..destroying!  I am certainly no expert but I would be more comfortable boarding her at the vet. That way if she doesnt eat and gets sick, she will be in the best place for it to be dealt with! Plus she is inside, and they walk her everyday. Just my opinion..hope it works out for you |
