I have the Alex in small and I absolutely love it! Kaji is about 7 lbs, and he curls up into a little ball on one end of the bag. That usually makes it a little uncomfortable to carry because all the weight is on one end of the bag. I put a blankie in there with him when I know it's cold outside just to make him more comfortable. Kaji is naturally quiet so he never makes a peep, but I still try hard not to keep him in the bag for too long (I don't think it's fair).
