I admit I'm surprised at how much fun I'm having.
Darlene, I had it set to on the aperature priority mode with the 50mm lens for the blurred background shots. My instructor wants us to learn to work in the aperature priority and shutter speed modes most of the time, so I haven't even tried portrait or any of the other modes yet, except auto when I very first got it.
I am totally in love with that 50mm lens.
