Sorry, I don't want to discourage you. How about diapers for now until
you get a grip on this. I certainly would keep her confined to one area,
weather it's a kitchen or x-pen, or crate until she learns.

even with diapers that doesn't stop them from pooping...since that is the problem she is having...peeing she gets and understand needs to be done outside then per the op then she comes in and finds a place to poop...
TO the OP: and if you can't confine her to a limit space then have you consider laying down peepads when she normally poops...and cleaning up the smell so that she doesn't go back to do her business there...
