Lots of breeders do it.
Some do it correctly and some don't.
Quite a few vets won't accept breeder-given vaccines and will redo them.
You'd really have to know the breeder's vaccine protocol and brands they use, match it to what the experts say, etc. It isn't all bad, but could be.
