After Bandit got neutered we couldn't give him a bath and I was WAY too over protective of even brushing him so he wound up with mats (only on his head for some reason) and we took him for his grooming and they asked us to sign a shave waiver because of the mats but said it would only be in that one spot...when we go to pick him up he looked like a naked little Chihuahua! THey said it wouldn't have looked good to just have that one mat shaved out. It grew back quickly but I still felt horrible. Also, it was at PetSmart (we hadn't found our groomer yet). Don't worry...it'll grow back
I even got to get some clothes for him bc even my DH felt bad about how cold and naked Bandit looked!!!!
