I agree, you don't want to take a chance at upsetting your baby's stomach. Even if you don't think it will make the slightest difference, it could, so it's better to be safe than sorry. Just follow this:

day 1-3: 75% old food and 25% new food
day 4-7: 50% of both foods
day 8-10: 25% old food and 75% new food

Be sure that you're giving her nutrical during this transition as well, in case she doesn't take so well to the food change. She should be fine though... good luck!
