I haven't seen the peanut butter flavored, Joey would love that! I brush around twice a week, and I use Petzlife twice a week. Joey also chews on hard bully sticks nightly, and I think they help scrape the teeth of tartar. We started using Petzlife his first year, and have been using it more as a preventative. If your dog already has tartar, you need to use it more often, even daily, until the tartar gone. At 3, Joey's vet said his teeth are in great shape and he doesn't need a professional cleaning, so I'm guessing what we are doing helps.
