switching only applies when feeding raw you can rotate around but on kibble i would not do that. Dogs can get an allergy to something they have eaten over and over that is true. Heavy on grains is a problem if allergy dog as newman's own organic is heavy on grains and demi has huge stools so the more grains the more stool but on raw stool is tiny and powdery as they absorb more nutrients. I fed raw before but with dd allergies and immune suppressant drugs i was too nervous to continue with that. Too high of grains can affect teeth some say but i do know dogs on raw all their life no grains with teeth issues so that threw that out the window for me.

Raw has natural enzymes since they are not cooked out like cooked or processed foods so it helps in digestion of the food
