usually if allergic to chicken then they are allergic to all poultry per our dermatologist. I would go with venison or fish with an allergy dog.

Chicken and Beef are the biggest culrpits of food allergy

and i agree in the processing aspect as well of kibble can many times be the biggest culprit and flaxseed is in alot of dog foods and that can be a culprit as well
