I give fresh water a couple of times a day. I also free feed sometimes they eat all that I put out in one day and some times they don't. If they don't eat it in one day, I leave it for the next. Prissy is 7 years old now and she has never encountered a problem from this practice........knock on wood. Neither one of them are over weight from free feeding either.
