The manager is going to find out who the dog belongs to
they have to be more careful and responsible. Poor baby did nearly give my brother and I heart attacks.
I'd love to take him home with me, but my 2 are both girls , and not fixed . I love to find out who owns this poor sweet boy and help him. living in a small toen gives me very limited options though. Rescue shelters around here are few and far between.
Most people speak spanish too where I live, which I do not, so the language barrier is anther concern.
