No, I didn't refer to "breeders in the UK having parti yorkies for sale in 2008" ... I guess you didn't read the entire thread that I posted? It was one UK breeder who came to YT because they had a traditional litter with a few parti's in it and they were unsure what to do or how could it be? They were very surprised; they didn't know if they could be registered; they came here asking questions and wondering if any one else had seen black, white and tan pups in their litters before. They didn't advertise them for sale - they came here for help.
Are you're assuming that this one case is the same case that you "reported to the UK Trading standards for selling something that it is not"?
