I have found no info on breeders trying to "create" or "make" white yorkies in the early 1900's, only reference to breeders trying to promote the white yorkshires (because they were being born in traditional litters). I was just asking if she could tell us where she found her info on early white yorkies.

In reference to your stating that there are no parti's in the UK, I did post a link to a thread from early 2008, about a breeder in the UK who had a litter with parti pups ... Just because you don't hear of parti being born in the UK, does not mean that it doesn't happen ... because it does and has happened ;-)
Hiya pinehaven your ref to breeder's in the uk having partie yorkie's.for sale in 2008.We did infact have byb here in the uk,
trying to sell parti.biewer/splitter with a price tag of £450 for a splitter upto £2,000 for a biewer these breeder's have since been taken off all internet dog selling site's here in the uk as they had created a biewer/parti look a like by using the yorkshire terrier/shih tzu/maltese terrier,These breeder's have been repoted to the uk tradeing standard's for selling something that is not.It has been confirmed there have been NO BIEWER'S imported to the uk.
I hope this help's.
