My Yorkie doesn't stay still for very long while I am brushing & combing him out. To put a pair of sissors near his eyes, I fear something could happen. The toes are another issue. I always have them use a dremel, so his nails would be smooth since he likes to hang out on my shoulder when I pick him up. I probably could do the basics, but I really don't want to take the chance since I am inexperienced.
