I got my Zeke at 8 weeks because he was an only puppy and his mother only slept with him at night. He was two pounds when we got him, had his first shot, and was eating very well. He had no trouble adjusting at all. He does have biting issues, but it is probably our fault because of the way we play with him. He is almost 2 yeas old and weighs 8 pounds. The only real advice I have is to get his shots one at a time with at least 2 weeks between. When they give a combination shot it is sometimes too much for these little dogs and can cause all kinds of problems. Read up on all you can find on YT about vacinations. |
