yes, that is normal, just keep an eye on her that they start going back to normal in a few days, if they continue to swell and she has not been bred, you might be experiencing a fake pregnancy, I had a girl that even got milk once and she was not pregnant. Keep an eye on her, her vulva should be going back to normal slowly also.
