I use it. At first it does seem harsh on your skin until it adjusts to it and then it is fine. At least that is how is was with me. It took me awhile to get started because I hated it making my skin feel so dry and burned.
If you can, get the green tea moisturizer, that helped me out a lot. I used this for awhile instead of the other moisturizer lotion they sent until I adjusted and then I was able to switch back to the one they sent.
Like I said, it took me awhile for my skin to adjust to it but now I love it and it makes my skin so soft now.
Oh and I believe they do have another system for sensitive skin that is suppose to be much gentler. You might want to try that instead.
