I checked and, just as I thought, Benzoyl Peroxide is one of the main ingredients just like in Clearasil and similar products.

Benzoyl peroxide is very drying and can cause a pretty harsh allergic reaction. I use it as a topical when I see a spot of staph infection on Lady. One treatment usually one application dries it up. If she needs a second one, I have to wait 3 or 4 days. Any more and it will literally peel her skin off until it is raw.
