omg 16 weeks thats not a puppy thats a dog lol iam sorry i wouldnt buy a puppy thats that age it would be too used to your house and the other dogs and could find it very distressing to be seperated i think the age of puppies going to their new homes is way too old and is doing more harm than good at times
