Izzy816 please consider that the cost of the puppy is just the beginning of the expenses you'll incur. It cost me almost $500 for shots and neutering. A couple of weeks ago Pippin got sick and one quick visit to the vet was $250. Yorkies also require grooming that can add up.

A loving home is very important, but if you're on a tight budget I would hate for you to get a dog and not be prepared how expensive it can be. I have seen several posts where people have had to give their dogs up to a rescue because they couldn't afford the vet bills.
